    • How have 21st century skills integrated into schools and district goals and their outcomes? How do we know what we've invested in is working and if not, how can we tweak it?

    • We are open to whatever you are willing to give. Some schools have agreed to give us 2 hours and others have agreed to host us for several hours. I have developed some talking point around Ken Kay’s 7 Steps—Developing vision, Building Consensus, Aligning our System, Building Professional Capacity, Curriculum and Assessment, Teacher Support, and Improve and Innovate.

We are interested in hearing from multiple perspectives—teacher, students, and community members (if possible). It’s always nice to hear from those who weren’t completely sold on the idea, at first. It’s also nice to hear from students who aren’t necessarily from the top of their class.

We have someone from higher ed as a part of our task force so any kind of insight there could be great.

I was thinking that we could arrive around 9 o’clock in the morning and stay for as long as you will have us without wearing out our welcome.

Is a 9 o’clock start time okay with you?
